This will be a video visit for your convenience. Ideal for those looking to review and progress their current plan, or for new clients that aren't able to meet in person.
Please prepare a quiet space with good internet connection for this visit and setup somewhere where you can move freely. Video calls have their limitations, but as long as we can see and hear each other and I can watch you do specific movements, we will achieve what we need within the video call. If you're able to be in the space you normally workout, that's even better!
